Delivery Policy
Florivid LLC delivers Same Day Flowers Dubai orders by hand across the United Arab Emirates. This page explains when and how.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not deliver outside the UAE.
Delivery is free to every emirate, with no minimum order.
Same-day delivery
Orders paid by 4 pm UAE time can be delivered the same day. Orders after 4 pm are delivered from the next day. You can also choose a day up to 60 days ahead.
At checkout you choose a morning, afternoon or evening slot. We aim to deliver within that slot; on busy days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, deliveries may arrive later in the day.
Handing over the flowers
Our driver calls the recipient on the phone number you gave before arriving. Flowers are handed to the recipient, or with your permission to someone at the address such as reception, security or a family member.
If the recipient can’t be reached, we contact you to agree what to do. If we can’t reach either of you, we bring the bouquet back and arrange one redelivery at no extra cost.
Surprise deliveries
We never tell the recipient who the flowers are from unless your card message says so. Please make sure the recipient’s phone number is correct, as we may need to call them to find the address.
Hotels, hospitals and offices
Some buildings only accept deliveries at reception. Please include the room, ward or office number and the recipient’s full name so the flowers reach them.
