Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use samedayflowersdubai.com (the “site”) or place an order through it. The site and the Same Day Flowers Dubai shop are operated by Florivid LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.
Who you are dealing with
Every order is a contract between you and Florivid LLC. You can reach us on WhatsApp using the number shown on the site.
Orders
When you pay, you make an offer to buy the bouquet and any add-on you chose for the delivery day you selected. Your order is accepted when the payment is confirmed.
You must be at least 18 years old to order, and the details you give us — your contact details, the recipient’s name, phone number and address, and the card message — must be correct. We rely on them to deliver.
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, the address is outside the UAE, the details look fraudulent, or the card message is offensive or unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are the price you pay for the bouquet and any add-on. Delivery is currently free to all seven emirates.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Discounts shown as a crossed-out price compare with the price we previously charged for the same bouquet.
If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before preparing the order and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Flowers are natural products
Photos show the style, colours and size of each bouquet. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, every bouquet is made by hand and will differ slightly from the photo.
If a flower or wrapping is unavailable, we may replace it with one of the same style, colour and equal or higher value. If we would need to change the bouquet significantly, we contact you first.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery days, time slots and what happens if the recipient is not available are explained in our Delivery Policy. Cancellations, quality problems and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Using the site
You may use the site to browse and order for yourself or as a gift. Do not misuse it, try to break its security, or copy its photos and text for commercial use. The content of the site belongs to us or is used with permission.
Liability
We take care to deliver every order on the day you chose. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures or incorrect details given at checkout.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you placed it.
