Here are the answers people look for most before sending flowers with us. In short: order by 4 pm UAE time for delivery the same day within 3 hours, or choose any day up to 60 days ahead. Delivery is free to all seven emirates with no minimum order, and bouquets cost from AED 209 to AED 1,189. Partner florists make each bouquet to order, and we send you a photo before it leaves. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our secure Stripe payment page, or send your order on WhatsApp. Your card message is included free of charge, and we never tell the recipient who sent the flowers unless your message does. How does same-day delivery work?
Pay by 4 pm UAE time and the bouquet is delivered the same day, within 3 hours. On the busiest days of the year it may arrive later in the day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe’s secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I keep the flowers a surprise?
Yes. We never say who sent them unless your card message does. The driver only calls the recipient to find them.
What happens if the recipient is not in?
We contact you to agree what to do. If we can’t reach either of you, we bring the bouquet back and arrange one redelivery at no extra cost. See our delivery policy.
Can I add a teddy and chocolates?
Yes, on every bouquet for AED 279 when you order. The Surprise Bundle already includes them.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
The style, colours and size will match. Flowers are natural and made by hand, so each bouquet differs slightly, and you see yours in a photo before it leaves.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Our refund and cancellation policy explains the deadlines. If there is a quality problem, send us a photo within 24 hours.
Can I book flowers for a future date?
Yes, any day up to 60 days ahead. Pick the day when you order and choose a morning, afternoon or evening slot at checkout.
