This policy explains what personal data Florivid LLC collects when you use samedayflowersdubai.com or order from Same Day Flowers Dubai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address and phone number; the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address; your card message; the bouquet, add-on, delivery day and time slot you chose.
Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the messages you send.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, contact you or the recipient about the delivery, send your order confirmation, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Stripe, to process payments; our delivery drivers, who receive only what they need to deliver (recipient name, phone and address); our website hosting provider; and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there.
We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with a court or government authority.
Cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe’s checkout page uses cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires, and delete or anonymise the rest when it is no longer needed. Card messages and recipient phone numbers are kept only as long as needed to complete the order and handle any follow-up.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Send your request on WhatsApp and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS standard. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date below.
